This family session was fun and relaxed, which means I was able to get some REAL shots of this family of three interacting with each other. During the whole session Mr. P kept trying to eat a lollipop, but Mom kept holding it off until the end. The plan worked because the session was a dream and I feel in love with this little boy during the process.
Watch out Mom and Dad- I see a little heart breaker in the future.
Check out his reward in photo #6.

Catching Up
The holiday rush has put me a little behind on my blog. YIKES- SORRY!!!! I am going to try to catch up over the next week.
I just had to post these photos of my sister's family and my niece who turned TWO this week!!! I have had so much fun watching her grow over the last two years and the best part is having our kiddos grow up together.

Full of ENERGY
My session with Mr. S was so special because it was on his first birthday and his parents' anniversary!!! What a wonderful way to capture this day with some photos!!!
He was such a happy little boy, full of life and ENERGY!!! I am soooo glad I captured him before he started to run away from me.
Also- check out those GORGEOUS blue eyes!!! They look like mommy's, what a lucky guy!!!!

Happy Baby BOY
I was so excited to see this family again for Mr. G's photo session!!!! It is always so amazing to see how much my clients have grown and changed over time. It is such a treat for me!!!
What a HAPPY little boy!!!!! He was a DREAM to shoot and made wonderful eye contact with me the entire session. He never cried or fussed, he was just as happy as he could be.
It really made the entire session go smoothly!!!! I am so happy we were able to capture him before he starts running all over the place.

Brothers
I had a blast shooting this pair of brothers!!!! Mom and Dad live out of town, and I was THRILLED we were able to get together during their weekend stay and catch up from our college years.
It was a little difficult to make the older brother stay still, BUT- he is 2.5 years old, so that is completely normal. When things got a little rocky (AKA- TANTRUM TIME) I just HAD to capture it. Check out photo #7 below and you will know what I mean (my apologies to the parents, but anyone that is a parent will understand). It just cracked me up!!!!
Life is NOT PERFECT and neither are our children. Which is why I love to capture the real emotions in life.
At the end of the session, little brother was exhausted and so I had to capture the peacefulness of this sleeping baby.
