I just had to share these from our trip to the beach. The sun was too bright for beach photos, so I used the patio of our beach house for a photo session with Will. His mom and I are friends from college and she came to visit us during our vacation.
The bright blue beach house was the PERFECT background for Will. It really made his eyes POP and he was in such a great mood exploring the patio.
How can you not look at him and just SMILE?????

Love BUGS!!!!!
It was a change of pace for me to capture this engaged couple, Rod and Mandy. I actually had a blast capturing the LOVE between the two of them!!!! They were up for anything, even though Rod looked at me like I was strange a couple of times, but he went along with the fun.
I couldn't begin to choose a favorite, so I included a large showcase of their engagement session.
We got some STEAMY shots of the end and we drew some attention from onlookers and received some HONKS!!!
Best Wishes for your wedding in January. You two are SOOOOOO in love. I had such a blast!!!!

Toddler Troubles
My session with this family cracked me up. I think that is why I had to include the first photo on my blog. Not that it is the best photo, but it represents the entire session with Miss G.
I love seeing Dad blowing her a kiss, Mom waving her to come here and sister making a goofy face.
Miss G. was NOT in the mood to have her photo taken, but we were still able to capture some fun family photos and through the patience of the whole crew, everything worked out.
This family was a lot of fun to work with and I was able to capture some photos of their two darling, curly haired, beauties.

A BOO BOO Session
This is my THIRD session with little Nate. His mom and I used to work together AND we were pregnant at the same time.
The session started out GREAT. Nate was happy, smiling, goofy and THEN during the first photo below (holding his parents hands) it all started to crumple. He started grabbing his hands like he was in pain. He was HOT and RED. After a break, we tried playing in the water, playing on the playground, and swinging in the swing.
Just when things started to go smooth, Dad hurt his neck. UH OH. Two big boo boos in one session. We knew it was time to wrap it up and head home.
Even though the session was a little rough, I was still able to capture Nate's adorable, mischievous face.
